Fees for Notarial Services from the 3rd of July 2009 Exchange rate £1 - 4.2 LTL. Only cash in Litas accepted. 1. (1) Attesting or legalising a signature or seal - £28.00 (120LTL) 3. (a) Preparing any certificate, declaration or document not otherwise provided or in standard form per copy - £36.00 (150 LTL) 5. Administering an oath or attesting the signature on a declaration or affirmation - £53.00 (220 LTL) 6. Supplying witnesses, for each witness - £21.00 (90 LTL) 8. Making or verifying (including certifying where necessary) a copy of a document: (a) in typescript or made by photographic process outside the consular premises, for each page - £36.00 (150 LTL) (b) by photographic process, if the copy is made in the consular premises, for each page (with a minimum charge of £25 – 105 LTL) £5 (20 LTL) 29. Receiving notice of an intended marriage or civil partnership or overseas relationship - £63.00 (265 LTL) 32. Issuing in English or in the local language a certificate that no impediment to an intended marriage or civil partnership has been shown to exist - £63.00 (265 LTL) 35. Administering an application for the registry of a birth or a death (in addition to fee 37 where applicable) - £98.00 (410 LTL) 37. Issuing a certified copy of an entry in the consular register of births, deaths, marriages or civil partnerships - £63.00 (265 LTL) 45. Attending (except in connection with trade and investment enquiries) for each hour or part hour. The time taken will include reasonable travelling time from the consular premises and return or out of office hourd to the consular or other premises and return - a) at the consular premises or elsewhere during customary business hours except when attending to supervise an examination for two or more persons sitting examinations at the same time when the fee may be apportioned between them £128.00 (540 LTL) b) at the consular premises or elsewhere outside office hours- £128.00 (540 LTL) with a maximum in any one period of 24 hours for each consular officer of - £922.00 (3870 LTL) All documents requiring legalisation should be legalised at the FCO Legalisation Office in London (www.fco.gov.uk/legalisation).
